ESA 150 Hexagonal truncated pyramid shaped structures, placed in an hexagonal way

ESA150 External


A 7 o 5 storey building, where the last floor is a terrace with a botanical garden, school, restaurant, bar and leisure centre.

Each construction has 150 or 62 apartments, a central water point in continuous communication, recycling the water with the outside water ditches and the central water point of the complex.

ESA150 Internal


They are programmed to be used as social, productive, tertiary and housing units, and to give maximum productivity and interactivity in the agricultural, fishing and product transformation, and handicraft sectors.

Their inner hexagonal water point, and outside water ditch communicate and have a continuous water recycling system.
